Registering to add a listing

A valid email account is required to register. You may register by clicking on User Menu-Register and fill out the form details.

Once you have filled out and submitted the form, an automated response will be mailed to your submitted email account with activation details. After you have received the email you may activate the account by clicking on the activation link within the received email. If you prefer to cut and paste the activation link into your browser address field please ensure you copy the entire link. In some cases the link parameters may extend beyond a full text line.

Once you have activated your account you may login. Control Panel Options in the left column appear. One of these options is "Manage your business listing”. Selecting this option will allow you to Add a New Listing. An added option also will allow you to submit a request to "own" an existing listing.
The listing options provided for a new listing range in price from FREE to R285 per month. Click on the options below for more information on the listing types available.

Sponsored Listing: From R114 per month per category
Sponsored Listing guarantee top of the pile display in search results. Only 2 Sponsored Links per category will be made available. Cost starts at R114.00 per month per category and may vary according to demand. Pricing is available on request.
NB: A pre-requisite for purchase of a Sponsored Listing is AN ALREADY existintg Premium Portfolio or Business Partner Listing.
The Sponsored Listing image and details will appear at the top of the results page for the chosen area and category. Sponsored Listings are allocated a higher search result priority than Premium Portfolio, Business Partner, Web Links and Free listings.
As a general rule; if no Sponsored Listing exists in a given category, R114.00 is the assumed price.

Premium Portfolio Listing: R1695 per annum or R142.00 per month
Premium Portfolio Listings provide an opportunity to create a single page website within the Gardenroute.com Business Portal. It includes all of the options listed above and are given preference over Business Partner links, Free listings and Web Links in all search results.
The Premium Portfolio listing includes a logo and 5-12 images, a quick contact form, a Road Map pop-up plus a Google Satellite image Pop-up. Please email us your request and we will notify you of payment details and other requirements. The price includes annual hosting and initial setup of the page.

Business Partner Link: R684 per annum or R57.00 per month
Business Partner Links include all of the options listed above and are given preference over Free listings and Web Links in all search results. Business Partners may insert GPS co-ordinates or make use of an "X marks the spot" interface to pinpoint an exact location as well as ability to upload photo/logo. The 2 map icons include a Road Map pop-up plus a Google Satellite image Pop-up.

Web Link: R285 per annum
Web Links INCLUDE include all of the options listed above in addition to website link. Web Links appear after Sponsored and Business Partner links. You may upgrade from Web Link to Business Partner at any stage.

- Free listings exclude a web link and appear after Sponsored, Premium Portfolio, Business Partner and Web links. Click here to register.
- You may upgrade to another type of listing at any stage.
- All listings allow an eMail/SMS alert facility. Registered users may purchase SMS credits for use with this facility.
